Better Bodies Gym:
Better bodies Gym located in Ban Ampur, Na Jomtien, Sattahip. A place where you can exercise and relax. We are specialized in weight training for young and old, contest preparation, injury prevention, losing weight and exercising to be more fit and healthy.
There is always help and personal training for the first month for free, free water and free wifi available. Better bodies Gym is the trainings center of T.B.B.C. “Thailand Body Building Club” affiliated to the I.F.B.B.” International Federation of Body Building and Fitness”.

Thailand’s first ever professional athlete wins the IFBB Professional League contest for Fitness Queen first place in America:
September 10, 2016. IFBB Professional League organizer Tim Gardener organized the IFBB Phoenix Pro. With from Thailand the only IFBB Pro athlete 34 years old Penprakhai Tiangngok. She complete in a field of 18 Pro Women’s Physique athletes.
With a perfect balanced body she was crowned the winner. In a field with mainly USA athlete and USA judges for only Thai Pro athlete not easy. Therefore very special with winning the first place Penprakhai Tiangngok qualified for complete in the 2017 Ms. Olympia Women’s Physique.
The win of course comes not by itself. Penprakhai Tiangngok her trainer is a 3 times Olympia winner herself (2001-2003) Juliette Bergmann who accomplished this with her husband Jim Lensveld. Juliette Bergmann is the owner of Better Bodies Gym where Penprakhai prepared for the contest.
Advice
The members of Better Bodies are lucky, they don’t need to listen to some idiot with zero credits try to tell you how to train on YouTube! (everybody can post videos on YouTube, also idiots)
Juliette is the only bodybuilder fitness lady who won ALL the awards at the time. If you just listen and follow her training advise, it will save a lot of waisted time and effort. She is now 63 years old and still follows her same program after all these years (only with some minor changes.)
The same applies for her food program, the human body did not change at all, everything else has changed, but that did not make it easier to make the right choices.
So, in the case of your training, just follow the routine! We made all the mistakes already so you don’t need to make them anymore.
On YouTube one can see and listen to so many so-called experts that it makes you sick instead of better! (Facebook is another one)
