That is why they have set up their own little restaurant ‘the DIFF’ where they prepare the most healthy and delicious food there is to find around here. The menu is available all day in the ‘Team Better Bodies Gym’.
Giving you the possibility to eat the right kind of food, direct after your workout. Having enough proteine intake short after your practise (within 1,5 hour) is proved to be the best for your body and tissue recovering as well for muscle growing: The combination of exercise with the right food, can do miracles for your body!
On your request we can give you free nutritional advice, do a fat percentage check or do a blood test (via our ‘own’ professional Thai doctor). We provide special food info for sarcopenia clients and older people in general. This can improve your health and well being tremendously!
