Better Bodies Gym
Better Bodies Gym is and always has been a gym for all ages and more than 30 years old. Better Bodies Gym is a gym with a long history, it goes back to the eighties. Equipment and knowledge brought over from the Netherlands, actually the complete gym has been brought over to Thailand.
This gym is equipped with many different machines and a large variety of free weights for example we have about 6 different leg machines and a lot of double machines, so you never have to wait for any exercise, this due to our precious professional clients. Like, Nellie Cooman World record holder 60 meter sprint, Professional Bodybuilding super stars like Gary Strydom, Bertil Fox, Berry de Mey, Kevin Levrone, Flex Wheeler, Tony Pearson, Mike Quin, Erika Mes and our own Juliette Bergmann.
Juliëtte Bergmann
Born November 30, 1958 in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands. Juliëtte Bergmann started her carrier in 1985 as a bodybuilder in Europe where she won many competitions till 1989. Actually she had two carriers in the world of body building. 12 years after her first carrier she makes a comeback in 2001 and won 3 times in a row the Ms. Olympia.
Juliëtte Bergmann have the title of three times Miss Olympia, European and world champion amateurs, professional world champion, president of the Netherlands bodybuilding federation, chairwomen of fitness in Europe, VIC chairwoman of fitness worldwide and owner of Better Bodies gym.
Juliëtte Bergmann will be training there every day, when she is in Thailand, and she will be happy to answer any question you have about the world of Fitness and be happy to share their knowledge with you!
T.B.B.C.
T.B.B.C. stands for “Thailand Body Building Club” it’s a Body Building federation of Thailand. T.B.B.C. is affiliated to the I.F.B.B. “International Federation of Body Building and Fitness”. We are connected to competitions like Arnold Classics, Amateur Olympia and other I.F.B.B. International competitions worldwide. We are also connected to “Abstract of Champions” a contest once in a year in Khon Kaen, where two of our trainers Poo and Kop are members of the judges panel.
